Abstract
This Resolution establishes that under one-time licenses issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade in agreement with the regional (Minsk City) executive committees in the manner similar to that established by the EAEU Rules for issuing licenses and permits for the export and (or) import of goods included in the single list of goods to which non-tariff regulation measures are applied in trade with third countries, the aforesaid procedure shall be applied to export: (a) outside the Republic of Belarus to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union of fresh or chilled tomatoes, regardless of their origin; and (b) outside the customs territory of the EAEU in the Republic of Belarus to states that are not member states of the EAEU, goods when placed under the customs procedures of export, temporary export, processing outside the customs territory and re-export. The effect of this Resolution shall not apply to goods: (a) exported outside the Republic of Belarus to provide international humanitarian aid to foreign states on the basis of decisions of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, as well as supplies; and (b) moved as part of international transit shipments beginning and ending outside the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
