Abstract
This Resolution validates: (a) the nomenclature of ozone-depleting substances prohibited for movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus upon import or export, in accordance with Appendix 1; (b) the nomenclature of ozone-depleting substances restricted for movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with Appendix 2; (c) the nomenclature of products containing ozone-depleting substances prohibited or restricted for movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with Appendix 3; (d) the nomenclature of wild medicinal raw materials prohibited for movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus upon export, in accordance with Appendix 4; (e) the nomenclature of animals and plants inhabiting and growing on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, their parts or derivatives, prohibited for movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus upon export, in accordance with Appendix 5; and (f) nomenclature of animals and plants, their parts or derivatives, falling under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, signed in Washington on March 3, 1973 (CITES Convention), restricted from movement across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus, in accordance with Appendix 6. The condition for exporting particularly valuable botanical collections or their parts outside the Republic of Belarus, including those containing plants related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus (code of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus TN VED RB 9705 00 000 0), is the availability of a permit from the Ministry of Natural Resources. The condition for moving animals and plants, their parts and (or) their derivatives across the customs border of the Republic of Belarus, specified in Appendix 6 to this Resolution, is the original permit issued by the administrative body of the CITES Convention of the country from whose territory they are exported, with the exception of the movement of sturgeon caviar (black caviar) across the customs border by individuals for personal consumption in quantities not exceeding 250 grams per person.
