Abstract
This Resolution establishes nutritional standards for citizens undergoing health improvement and recovering in state sanatoriums. It also establishes standards for replacing food products provided for in Appendix 1, for protein and carbohydrates according to Appendix Nutritional standards for citizens undergoing health improvement in sanatoriums who have been prescribed dietary nutrition are established individually taking into account medical indications. In the nutrition of citizens who have been prescribed dietary nutrition, industrially produced food products (dietary, therapeutic, infant, diabetic nutrition) are used, including single-component and multi-component puree products on a fruit and vegetable, meat, meat and vegetable, fish, fish and vegetable basis. Permissible variation from the nutritional standards established by this Resolution shall be authorized from minus 10 to plus 10 percent per month, provided that the standards of physiological needs for energy and nutrients are met.
