Abstract
These Veterinary and Sanitary Rules for the Diagnosis of Animal Diseases by Conducting a Pathological Autopsy of Animal Carcasses establish mandatory requirements for the diagnosis of animal diseases by means of a pathological autopsy of their carcasses. Autopsies of animal carcasses are performed in organizations that carry out activities related to the maintenance, raising, breeding, movement, sale and treatment of animals. Autopsies of animal corpses are performed by veterinary experts, organizations or specialists of the State Veterinary Service. The instrument used for dissection of animal corpses is disinfected after autopsy of each animal carcass suspected of having a contagious disease. The report shall indicate anamnestic, clinical and other data (brief description), as well as pathological autopsy data. Based on the results of the autopsy of the animal's body, a conclusion is made on the diagnosis of animal diseases, the establishment of the causes of the animal's death, the conditions that contributed to the occurrence of the disease, which is reflected in the act in the form of a pathological anatomical report, diagnosis and conclusion. Annex 1 contains the form of report on pathological anatomical dissection of animal carcass.
