Banana Industry (Designated Area) Order (Cap. 205).

This Order declares the area described in the Schedule to this Order as the designated area for the purposes of section 13 of the Banana Industry Act. Subject to the provisions of the Act, no person shall plant, grow, cultivate or otherwise be responsible for bananas in any designated area except in accordance with the terms and conditions of a valid licence issued to him or her by the Banana Control Board.
