Abstract
These Regulations prohibit the importation of specified risk commodities from the United States and Canada and prohibit the feeding of ruminant protein to animals in Belize. The preparation and use in Belize of animal feed containing animal protein is placed under the supervision of the Belize Agricultural Health Authority. “Specified risk commodities” include, among other things, live ruminants, various types of meat and offal of fish and avian meal, bones, blood and its derivates and milk replacer for calves.
