Abstract
These Regulations provide for sport fishing licences and related matters. They require every person desirous of engaging in sport fishing within Belizean waters to obtain a sport fishing license. They lay down the procedure for the same including fees to be paid for such license. The Regulations state that there shall be a record of sales of such licenses and must be made available for inspection by Fisheries Officer and other authorities. Every person who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and is liable on to fine or imprisonment or both.
