Abstract
This Act prohibits various acts of cruelty against livestock and other animals and provides for punishment of such offences. Acts that are prohibited include: using animals for fighting, not providing impounded animals with sufficient food and water, and injuring or abusing animals. In case any impounded animal is without fit and sufficient food and water, any person may enter into the pound and supply such animal with the same. The owner of the animal shall be held liable to pay the costs of such action.
