Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 1995 with respect to a wide variety of matters. In particular the amendment of regulation 6, amendment of regulation 19, amendment of regulation 21, amendment of regulation 22A, amendment of regulation 24, amendment of regulation 26, amendment of regulation 29, repeal and replacement of regulation 25, amendment of Schedule I, II, III.
