Abstract
This Act amends the Environmental Tax Act, 2001 in section 3 by deleting paragraph (c) of section 3(1) and substituting therefor the following: “(c) all other goods not falling within paragraph (a) or (b). Section 3 is the main provision imposing the environmental tax.
