Abstract
All officers who are for the time being effective members of the Maritime Wing of the Belize Defence Force and as long as they serve as members, are appointed Fishery Officers for the purposes of carrying into effect provisions of the Fisheries Act, Chapter 174 of the Laws of Belize, 1980.
