Fisheries Resources (High Protection for Biodiversity Marine Reserves) Order, 2022.

This Order is made by the Minister responsible for fisheries in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1)(b) of the Fisheries Resources Act, 2020. It declares certain areas as marine reserves for the purposes of the Fisheries Resources Act and are referred to as High Protection For Biodiversity Zone. A total of 7 such zones are created and described in Schedule I to the Order. The corresponding maps are set out in Schedule II to the Order.
