Fisheries Resources (Stone Crab) Regulations (S.I. No. 108 of 2022).

These Regulations lay down rules for applying to the Fisheries Administrator for a Stone Crab Fishing License and Stone Crab Export License; applying to the Fisheries Administrator for an authorization to fish for stone crab using a trap; documents to be submitted during application; payment of fees; prohibition of fishing, selling, displaying, offering for sale, buying or having in his/her possession any stone crab during closed season; restrictions on stone crab fishing; and penalties for the breach of these Regulations. Regulation 5(4) prohibits to use plastic trap to take stone crab.
