Abstract
This Act amends the Food and Drugs Act with respect to language requirements for labelling and by inserting a new Part (VIII) which grants power to the Minister to make Regulations for giving effect to the purposes and provisions of this Act.

An Act to amend the Food a d Drugs Act, Chapter 291 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2011, to make provision empowering the making of regulations to empower the establishment of a drug registry as well as generally to give effect to the provisions of the Act, to make further provisions regarding the labeling of food or drug products; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
