Abstract
This Act amends the Land Tax Act generally by replacement of references to the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys with the Commissioner of Land Tax.

AN ACT to amend the Land Tax Act, Chapter 58 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2011, to make provision, in the interest of administrative and operational efficiency, for a Commissioner of Land Tax who shall be charged with the functions previously exercised by the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys; and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
