Abstract
This Act defines the "Authority" as the Land Subdivision and Utilization Authority in Section 2 of the Principal Act. This Act amends section 9 and inserts sections 9A and 9B regarding the composition and powers of the Authority. Furthermore, it makes some amendments regarding the penalties.
