Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1991 (S.I. No. 14 of 1992).

These Regulations concern, inter alia, the production and use of animal drugs. The 37 regulations are divided into 10 Parts: General (I); Authority to produce, supply and possess controlled drugs (II); Administration of production, supply, etc. (III); Destruction of controlled drugs (IV); Disposal of drugs (V); Importation of controlled drugs (VI); Exportation of controlled drugs (VII); Control of drugs in transit (VIII); Storage of drugs (IX); Miscellaneous (X). The regulations are completed by 11 Schedules containing lists of controlled drugs as well as model forms.
