National Health Insurance (Validation) Act 2024 (No. 2 of 2025).

Pursuant to the provisions of the Social Security Act, this Act validates: (i) the enactment of National Health Insurance (NHI) Scheme by the Social Security (Amendment) Act of 2001, and any service provided or received, any action taken, or any decision or omission made in relation to and in furtherance of the powers and functions under the NHI Scheme during the period from 9 August 2001 to 31 August 2007, and (ii) the acts, decisions and omissions of General Manager of the NHI Scheme, the Chairperson of the NHI Committee or the NHI Committee, taken or made during the period from 7 January 2008 to the date of commencement of the Social Security (Amendment) Act, 2024.
