Public Health (Amendment) (No. 3) Act 2021 (No. 31 of 2021).

This Act makes amendments in the principal Act by deleting the words “Public Health Act” and substituting the words “Public Health (Reform) Act” in its long title, in Schedule II, in Schedule VIII, and in Schedule IX; deleting the term “Director of Health Services” wherever it appears and substituting the term “Director of Public Health and Wellness”; and amending Section 3 of the principal Act as regards the appointment of the Director of Public Health and Wellness, medical officers, Principal Health Inspector and other public health inspectors by the Public Services Commission.
