Abstract
These By-laws provide for storage of refuse, removal by occupier, public collection of refuse, precautions in removing of refuse, polluting of public places, disposal of infected refuse in such manner as the Senior Health Officer may direct, places for reception of refuse, deposit of refuse, deposit of filth from cesspit, latrine, etc., removal from receptacle or dump and prescribes offences and penalties
