Abstract
This Act sets forth provisions on the payment of deposit and acceptance of containers. The deposit and refund values for every plastic beverage container with a capacity of or under ½ litre, for every plastic beverage container with a capacity of more than ½ litre, and for every beverage container made of glass, metal, aluminium or steel, including beer can, are prescribed in the Schedule to this Act.
