Abstract
Regulations made under the Strata Titles Act. The 23 regulations are divided into 6 Parts: Preliminary (I); Strata Plans (II); Phased Development (II:01); Transfers in Certain Cases (III); Insurance by Proprietors and Buildings Damaged but not destroyed (IV); Voting by Chargee and Fees (V). "The Registrar shall keep a register of all strata plans and shall record in the register, particulars of all strata plans lodged in the Land Register" (reg. 3). Every strata plan lodged with the Registrar shall be prepared in the appropriate forms prescribed in the Schedule (reg. 4). (Schedule: 9 forms)
