Abstract
This Regulation specifies for which activities an approval (activities listed in Schedule 1), a registration (activities listed in Schedule 2) and a notice to the Director (activities listed in Schedule 3) are required under the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act. In each Schedule, activities are grouped under 5 divisions: waste management, substance release, conservation and reclamation, miscellaneous and potable water.
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed, this Regulation expires on June 30, 2017.
Notes
This Regulation repeals the Activities Designation Regulation (AR 110/93).With amendments up to and including Alberta Regulation 125/2017.
