Abstract
The present Regulations enact the Environment Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the designation of hazardous activities. The text consists of 30 sections divided into 6 Divisions as follows: Water approvals (I); Pesticide approvals (II); Municipal waste approvals (III); Dangerous goods/waste dangerous goods/salvage yard approvals (IV); Industrial approvals (V); Other approvals (VI).
