Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Canada Safety and Control Act. In particular, the Regulations provide: a) a Schedule of violations that are subject to an administrative monetary penalty (AMP); b) the factors used for determining a penalty amount; c) the penalty ranges of violations for individuals and persons other than individuals; d) details on the service of the notice of violation. The text consists of 7 sections.
