Abstract
The present Regulation is made under the Oil and Gas Activities Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to penalties for contravention against the Oil and Gas Activities Act, the Environmental Protection and Management Regulation, Consultation and Notification Regulation, Drilling and Production Regulation, Pipeline and Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities Regulation and the Geophysical Exploration Regulation. The text consists of 7 sections.
