Agreement establishing a Court of Arbitration for the purpose of carrying out the delimitation of maritime areas between France and Canada.

Agreement concerning the establishment of an ad hoc court of arbitration to carry out the delimitation of maritime areas indicated as stretching from point 1 to 9 of the delimitation referred to in article 8 of an Agreement of March 27, 1972 between France and Canada decribed in the Annex. The decision of the Court shall be final and binding.
