Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations (SOR/2000-187).

The present Regulations enforce the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act (S.C. 1995, c. 40). In particular, the Regulations set out provisions of the Agri-Food Acts and their regulations, the contravention of which may result in the issuance of monetary penalties ranging from $500 to $15,000.
