Abstract
The present Act lays down provisions relating to financial agricultural measures. The emphasis of the Act is on the effective use of credit to develop rural Nova Scotia. More specifically the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board is governed by Regulations made under section 8 of the Act. The text consists of 13 sections.
