Abstract
This Regulation authorizes the Alberta Beef Producers to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Alberta Beef Producers Plan. The commission may make regulations, for example, requiring any person who markets a regulated product to furnish to the commission any information or record relating to the marketing of the regulated product that the commission considers necessary. The text consists of 6 sections.
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 June 2020.
