Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 72 sections divided in 4 Parts, revises and continues with the name "Alberta Beef Producers Plan" the Alberta Cattle Commission Plan 1969 established under Alberta Regulation 170/69. The Commission is responsible for the management of the Plan. The Regulation contains provisions on the functions and duties of the Alberta Beef Producers (Part 1) and on its operation (Part 2).

The present Regulation as consolidated up to 108/2008.This Regulation repeals the Alberta Regulation 272/97.
