Abstract
This Regulation consists of 36 sections divided in 3 Parts. It amends and continues, under the name of "Alberta Egg Producers Plan", the Plan already continued under Alberta Regulation 338/91. Among others, the Plan has the purpose, under section 6, to establish quotas for the production and marketing of eggs, to maintain a fair and stabilized price and to ensure a continuous supply of the regulated product. The Plan is administered by the Alberta Egg Producers Board, which is continued under this Regulation. Part 2 is dedicated to the composition, operation and functioning of the Board.
Entry into force notes
In compliance with the ongoing regulatory review initiative, this Regulation must be reviewed on or before 30 September 2019.
