Abstract
This Order grants to the Alberta Milk Control Board the power to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of milk produced in Alberta. For the purposes regulating such trade, the Board has the power to fix and impose levies or charges on milk or any component of milk, collect those levies or charges and use them for the purposes of the Board. The text consists of 4 sections.
