Abstract
This Regulation authorizes the Alberta Pork Producers' Development Corporation, the “Corporation”, to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Alberta Pork Producers' Plan. The Corporation may make regulations, among others, prohibiting persons from engaging in the marketing or processing, as the case may be, of hogs except under the authority of a license issued by the Corporation (sect. 2(d)).
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 September 2020.
