Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the Alberta Potato Commission the authority to regulate the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of potatoes produced in Alberta. The Board is empowered to make orders fixing levies and charges, to impose and collect them and use the revenue for its purposes. The text consists of 4 sections.
