Animal Welfare Appeal Board Regulations N.S. Reg. 184/2019.

These Regulations lay down the discipline for Animal WElfare Appeal Board; they establish that notice of appeal must be accompanied by a copy of the seizure of animal notice that is being appealed; they calculate the prescribed fee; refusal to hear in case of submission of incomplete notice of appeal or if any required accompanying documentation is missing; and time period for the different stages of the proceeding.
