Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Management Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the introduction of an effluent containing antisapstain chemicals. The text consists of 12 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Prohibition (2); Exemption (3); Storm sewer design (4): Quality of effluent including stormwater (5); Design of antisapstain chemical storage and mix facilities (6); Design of antisapstain chemical dip tank systems (7); Design of antisapstain chemical spray booth systems (8); Demister purge (9); Antisapstain chemical spray booth atmospheric emission quality (10); Management of sludges and wood residue (11); Design of treated wood storage areas (12).
