Applications for Environmental Compliance Approvals (O. Reg. 255/11).

These Regulations establish, for the purposes of subsection 20.2 (4) of the Act, the requirements for an application under subsection 20.2 (1) or (2) of the Act for approval to engage in an activity; materials that are included in an application shall be certified as complete and accurate by a person who has the relevant education and experience necessary to provide that certification. The Schedule also clarifies the elements that a project description for an activity that will be part of a larger undertaking carried out by the applicant must contain.
