Approvals Procedure Regulations (N.S. Reg. 48/95).

The present Regulations enact the Environment Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to approval procedures. Section 3 establishes that an application for an approval shall be made on a form prescribed by the Minister. The text – consisting of 23 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: confidential business information, approval application information, review of application, purpose and scope of review, issuance of approval, sampling, duration of approval, transfers, amount of security, compliance monitoring, abandonment and rehabilitation.
