Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Fisheries Act. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that a person must not possess, buy, sell, introduce into British Columbia or transplant within British Columbia fish or aquatic plants for the purpose of carrying on the business of aquaculture unless the person is a holder or is acting on behalf of a holder. The text deals with the following issues: dealing in fish or aquatic plants, release and escape, reporting escape, inventory records, inspection and maintenance records, training, record of drugs, drug free period, prohibition against processing, transportation, inspectors and fees. The text consists of 40 sections.
