Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Arctic Waters Pollution Prevention Act. In particular, the Regulations authorize Dome Petroleum Limited to deposit oil in any location in arctic waters within a 100 metre radius of a certain location. However, Dome exceeds shall remedy any damage to property or the environment resulting from any excess deposit of oil made. The text consists of 4 sections.
