Abstract
The present Regulation implements 1985 Fisheries Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to Authorizations Concerning Fish and Fish Habitat Protection. Section 2 specifies the required documents and information in order to obtain an authorization. Section 4 contains reasons and procedure for suspension, amendment or cancellation of the authorization.
