Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Marketing Act. The Order grants to the British Columbia Cranberry Marketing Commission the authority to regulate the marketing of cranberries in inter-provincial and export trade. The Commission is empowered to fix, impose and collect levies or charges from persons within British Columbia who are engaged in the production or marketing of mustard; and to use levies or charges for its own purposes. The text consists of 4 sections.
