Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order grants to the British Columbia Egg Marketing Board the authority to regulate the marketing of eggs in interprovincial and export trade. The Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of British Columbia who are engaged in the production or marketing of eggs and is entitled to use the revenue for its purposes.
