Abstract
The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. The Order provides for the marketing in interprovincial and export trade of turkey produced in British Columbia. Section 5 establishes that the Commodity Board shall designate the agencies through which the regulated product shall be processed, packed, stored or marketed. The text – consisting of 17 sections, deals, inter alia with the following aspects : Book, records and information, licensing regulations, agency, product requirements, prohibitions, application, sale price fixed, Board to issue licences, transport orders, etc., seizures, containers and labels, exemption by Commodity Board.
