Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Dairy Industry Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for the issuing of transport licences for milk. A transporter licence shall be valid for a period of 36 months. The text consists of 9 sections, inter alia, dealing with, Transporter acts on behalf of Board, Protection of milk; Transporters; Other bulk haulage charges; Distributor who transports milk to file schedule of rates.
