Abstract
Section 3 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Canadian Dairy Commission is continued as a corporation consisting of a Chairperson, a Chief Executive Officer and one other member. The objects of the Commission are to provide efficient producers of milk and cream with the opportunity of obtaining a fair return for their work and investment and to provide consumers of dairy products with a continuous and adequate supply of dairy products of high quality.
