Abstract
The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to levies charged by the Canadian Dairy Commission for the marketing of milk and cream produced in Manitoba and marketed in intraprovincial trade. The text consists of 27 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Application (I); Definition and interpretation (II); Butterfat marketing (milk) (III); SNF Marketings (IV); Butterfat marketings (cream) (V); Unauthorized marketings (VI); General (VII).
