Abstract
The present Regulations are made under the Nuclear Safety and Control Act. In particular, the Regulations outline the Rules of Procedures of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. The text consists of 46 sections divided into 10 Parts as follows: General (1); Public Hearings (2); Opportunity to be heard by Commission (3); Opportunity to be heard by designated Office (4); Licence Appel or Redetermination (5); Orders of Inspectors and designated Officers (6); Hearing for contaminated Places (7); Hearing where Place no longer Contaminated (8); Notice of Emergency Order (9); Court Orders (10).
