Certification of drinking-water system operators and water quality analysts (O. Reg. 128/04).

The Regulation contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as “distribution and supply subsystem”, ”distribution subsystem”, “limited groundwater subsystem”, “limited subsystem”, “limited surface water subsystem”, “limited system”, “water treatment subsystem”. Section 12 establishes that a person holding a Class I, Class II, Class III or Class IV water treatment subsystem operator’s certificate is deemed to also hold a limited groundwater certificate and a limited surface water certificate.
